kno89 is primarily designed for users in Malaysia, including players in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other states and territories within Malaysia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the kno89 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence or access.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each eligible person may maintain only one registered account on the kno89 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or additional accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, you must contact our support team immediately.

3.4 Additional Eligibility Requirements

You are not eligible to use kno89 if you:

• Are under 21 years of age;
• Have been self-excluded from kno89 or any other gambling platform and the exclusion period is still active;
• Are an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of kno89;

• Have previously had an account terminated by kno89 for a breach of these Terms.

4.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your kno89 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any other information requested during registration or subsequent identity verification. The provision of false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. kno89 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You agree to notify kno89 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

kno89 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts prior to processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. You agree to provide the following documents upon request:

• A valid Malaysian government-issued photo identification (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months); and
• A selfie holding your identification document, as may be required for enhanced verification.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary hold on withdrawal requests and, in persistent cases, account suspension.

4.4 Account Currency

All kno89 accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits, balances, bets, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in MYR. No currency conversion fees are applied to standard MYR transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits (e.g., USDT TRC20) are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit.

5.1 Permitted Use

kno89 grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. This licence is conditional upon your continued compliance with these Terms and may be revoked by kno89 at any time without notice.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kno89 platform:

• Any form of fraud, dishonesty, or deliberate misrepresentation in connection with your account or any transaction;
• Collusion or coordination with other players to unfairly influence game outcomes;
• The use of automated bots, scripts, software, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform without express written authorisation from kno89;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical bugs for financial gain (such winnings are void and will be clawed back);
• Engaging in any activity that kno89 reasonably determines constitutes bonus abuse, including but not limited to systematic bonus wagering strategies designed solely to extract promotional value;
• Money laundering or any use of kno89 for any illegal financial activity; or
• Accessing the platform using circumvention technologies (e.g., VPN, proxy) to bypass geographic restrictions.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kno89 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. kno89 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Minimum Deposit Amounts

Minimum deposit thresholds vary by payment method. E-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) carry a minimum deposit of RM20 to RM30 depending on the method. 6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by kno89 on a first-in, first-out basis. Standard processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically completed within the same business day for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times. kno89 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC identity verification prior to any withdrawal being processed;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted;
• Any active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied in full before the corresponding balance becomes eligible for withdrawal; and
• kno89 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or unusual account activity.

6.5 Own Funds Confirmation

7.1 General Bonus Terms

7.4 Loyalty Programme

The kno89 Loyalty Programme awards points to players on eligible real-money wagers. Points accumulate to determine a player's tier (Bronze, Silver, or Gold) and may be redeemed for account credits, cashback, or other benefits as described in the Loyalty Programme terms. Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. kno89 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Loyalty Programme at any time with reasonable notice.

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

kno89 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets that would result in an unusually large payout, bets placed following a manifest error in odds, or bets placed in circumstances that kno89 determines to be suspicious or inconsistent with fair play.

8.2 Manifest Errors

In the event that kno89 publishes an obviously incorrect price, line, or odds due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure (a "Manifest Error"), kno89 reserves the right to void all bets placed at that erroneous price or odds, regardless of whether those bets have already been settled. kno89 will take reasonable steps to notify affected players in a timely manner.

8.3 Sports Betting Integrity

kno89 takes match-fixing and sports integrity violations extremely seriously. Any player found to have placed bets in connection with fixed matches or corrupted sporting events — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, or any other sport offered on kno89 — will have their account immediately terminated and all associated funds forfeited. kno89 co-operates fully with relevant sports integrity bodies and authorities where applicable.

8.4 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting is offered on selected sports events. Odds for live markets are updated continuously and bets are accepted subject to platform availability. kno89 shall not be liable for any bets that could not be placed or confirmed due to connection issues, latency, or platform technical interruptions during live events.

9.1 Commitment to Player Wellbeing

9.2 Self-Exclusion

10.1 Suspension by kno89

kno89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player's account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or money-laundering purposes;
• The Player is under the minimum eligible age of 21 years;
• The Player has provided false or misleading account information;
• The account is being operated by a Prohibited User; or
• kno89 is required to do so to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory directive.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may close their kno89 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closing an account, all pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcomes, and any remaining balance (net of amounts subject to active bonus restrictions) will be refunded to a verified payment method in the Player's name. Players requesting voluntary closure for responsible gambling reasons may be referred to self-exclusion options as an alternative.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. kno89 will attempt to contact the account holder before imposing any dormancy administration fee. All content on the kno89 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, audio, video, data compilations, and page layout — is the exclusive property of kno89 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view kno89 content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from kno89 without the prior written consent of kno89 or the relevant rights holder.

The kno89 name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, trade names, and trade dress are the exclusive intellectual property of kno89. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use any kno89 trademark without express written permission.

12.1 No Warranty

The kno89 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kno89 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12.2 Service Interruptions

kno89 shall not be liable for any interruption, unavailability, or degradation of the platform caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power failures, third-party payment processor outages, acts of God, or regulatory actions. kno89 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise such interruptions and to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance.

12.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kno89's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claims arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited in your kno89 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall kno89 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gambling laws and the internal rules of kno89 as published from time to time on this platform.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or complaint arising from your use of the kno89 platform, you agree to first contact the kno89 customer support team and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. kno89 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and to resolve disputes within thirty (30) business days where possible.

13.3 Language

These Terms and all communications between you and kno89 shall be conducted in English. In the event of any translation of these Terms into another language, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency or ambiguity.
